Frequently asked questions.

How do you find my content?

We use searches for your creator name alongside reverse-image searches and image matching. Add your own sites to help distinguish published content from potential leaks.

Do I need to upload anything?

No. Uploading photos is optional. Your subscription includes the same service whether or not you upload any. If you choose to upload photos, we also search for copies of those specific photos.

How are takedown requests handled?

With Pro, we review findings, send takedown requests on your behalf, and show their status in your dashboard.

How long does a removal take?

Processing times depend on the site receiving the takedown request. If the site does not respond, we escalate the case for further action. You can follow the progress in your dashboard.

Can I manage more than one creator?

Agency pricing is based on the number of creators you represent. Contact us to agree on a profile allowance. Each creator has a separate workspace for content, findings and reports.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect according to your current billing period.

How quickly do you start?

Your first full scan runs the same day your plan starts, or the next day at the latest. New findings appear in your dashboard once we’ve reviewed them.

What happens to the files I upload?

Uploading is optional. We use your files only to search for copies of them, and you can delete them from your account at any time.
